The Cub Scouts in Southborough are always taking applications for new Scouts. If you missed the spring or fall registration events you can still join. Join either by attending a meeting or contacting a pack 1 leader. Pack 1 meets the first Monday of each month at Pilgrim church from 6:30-7:30 pm. Spring Overnight April 26th and 27th.(noon on Saturday to noon on Sunday)
The Spring overnight is at the Nobscot Reservation. The reservation is over 480 acres of forested land on the Framingham / Sudbury boarder. It's available throughout the year for weekend camping. The campsites include lean-tos and cabins for those wondering. The reservation is full of hiking trials and local history. Nobscot offers enjoyable hikes like the one to Tippling Rock, one of the highest points in Easter Massachusetts. There are also views of three states, Boston's towers and Mt. Monadnock .
